He scooped up the cum and put it to his mouth and licked his fingers clean. He adjusted his full body apron and tied it in the back. Studiously picked up the half empty coffee pot and headed towards the kitchen.

“If anyone wants to eat anything from the breakfast buffet, do it now because I will be cleaning everything up and prepare for lunch. No more 'fuckin around'..until I finish, then I'll met you all in the Sana room at the end of the hall. I'll be right back with some fresh coffee.” Chip said as he headed back to the kitchen.

I heard my phone ring several times before the answering machine started taking a message. It must have been the oil riggers calling back again about the extra rooms for rent. I headed to the office to give the person a call back.

I had a message left on my answering machine from a man who said he work as an oil rigger just off the coast. He and a few of his working companions were looking for some temporary rooms to rent for a few days when they got off the rig and on shore leave. He said he'd call back tomorrow. That might fill in my extra rooms but I delayed on taking on more than two more men. I knew a few oil riggers in the past, and they were rough trade, but horny men.

Just as I got to the office to call the last caller, the phone rang again. This time it was the oil rigger that had called earlier. It seems he and his buddy had to come ashore to pick up some equipment and would be in the area for a few hours. He wanted to drop by and check the place out. I told him it would be okay and gave him the address. I was still hesitant but curious.

Meanwhile the boarders had finished eating and headed to the showers in the gym/hot tub area at the end of the building. It was a large area with a work out area consisting of a few pieces of equipment for body training, and a nice size hot tub at one end next to the showers and locker area. The room was two stories high with stairs going up to the hallway leading to the bedrooms. The roof was part glass to let in plenty of sunlight. Several tropical plants and small trees were place around the room giving it an outdoor look. It was a terrific room for the guest to visit and enjoy each other. At one end of the room I had a large sixty inch 3D Television installed on one wall and several large chairs for comfort.

When I arrive in the room Chip had made the guys comfortable with coffee or drinks and replenished the area with fresh towels. Erik was in the hot tub and Peter was in the shower hosing out his love canal while Jeff was relaxing and watching TV.

I joined Peter in the shower. He'd douched all the seed from his body after the fucking James gave him in the kitchen earlier. Then after I fucked him for good measure, I was ready to join the other men in the room and wait for the two oil riggers to come by to check out the place.

I had just set down next to Erik and was ready to suck him off again while he watched a football game on TV, but the door bell rang. I assumed it was the oil riggers so I quickly went to the door. Chip had arrived first and had invited the two men into the main entrance hall way. I quickly introduced myself and invited them into the Play room for their interview.
